We offer 100% live arrival and health guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the animal upon arrival, please notify within 24 hours for full refund or exchange. Customer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs and arrangements.
Genetics Guarantee:
All recessive genetics are 100% guaranteed. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combinations, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on incomplete dominant genetics; however, all animals are identified to the best of our ability and presented with the utmost honesty and transparency.
Live Feeder:
We only feed live rodents. If you desire to feed frozen-thawed, please plan accordingly for that transition.
Payment Options:
We accept most common forms of payment including credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, wires, money orders/certified checks.
Payment plans are offered on an individual basis. Our typical plans require a 20% nonrefundable deposit with 30-60 days to complete the balance depending on the animal purchased. Please inquire for more details.
Shipping:
Shipping is provided within the continental US via FedEx overnight. We ship Monday-Wednesday as weather allows. Additional shipping charges of $45-$85 will apply.
